Claims & Payments
Pet Assure: No claim forms. Members simply show their card at any participating veterinarian and receive 25% off all regularly priced, in-house medical services at time of payment
Pet Insurance: Pet owners pay in full at time of service. Then, file a claim and wait to see if the insurer will approve the claim and send payment
